Our services include precision grinding on Tools, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures, Molds, Keyways, Special Machine Parts, Aircraft and Aerospace Parts, Special Size Tapers, Radii, O.D.'s, Pockets and Bottoms, Spherical Radii, Ball Gages, Dove Tails and Collets (4C, 5C & 16C with radii, taper, pockets & locating holes). We will also manufacture your parts including material complete per your print specifications.

Parts can be ground with temperature probes upon request.

Utilizing eight Moore #3 Jig Grinders and a Moore Fosdick Large Capacity Jig Grinder, we currently service customers in over 15 states, from California to New York.

Whether it's checking parts after grinding or using temperature probes while grinding, everything we do is focused on providing the highest precision grinding service available nationwide.

We are also utilizing a new Sony Magnascale in-process machine-position documentation system. This system allows us to print out the exact X-Y coordinates of the jig grinder, giving the customer complete documentation of the machine's actual positioning during the grinding process.
