Carl Bradberry - President
Carl had 13 years experience in jig grinding before he and a partner started S & B Jig Grinding on June 1st of 1981. After his partner retired in June of 1994, Carl assumed full ownership and hired an employee to help him with the two machines. Since that time, S & B has expanded its facilities to nine machines with seven employees. |

Melba Bradberry - Secretary / Treasurer
Melba had 19 years of office experience when S & B was started in 1981. While maintaining a full-time position with another company, she handled all of the accounting functions for S & B until 1987. She is still active in the company today as administrator of the pension plan, helping with the projections for the company, and maintaining the mailing list for company brochures. |

Kathy - Office Manager
Kathy started with S & B Jig Grinding in the spring of 2007. She has over 8 years experience in manufacturing, 10+ years in office management, and 15 years experience in retail sales.. |
Rick Spades - General Manager
Rick started with S & B Jig Grinding in 1999. He has fourteen years of manufacturing and machining experience, with six of those years in a managerial position. |

Patricia - Precision Grinder
Patricia started with the company in 1995. Her previous experience included cylindrical O.D. and surface grinding, with four years of precision jig grinding. She has completed an apprenticeship program through the National Tooling and Machining Association, and received her Journeyman's card in Precision Machining. |

Ryan - Precision Grinder
Ryan began working with the company in the winter of 2000. He had been trained in the setup and operation of DeVleigs, with over seven and a half years experience machining a variety of parts and materials. |

Shaun - Precision Grinder
Shaun started with S&B Jig Grinding early in 2008. He is an experienced mill operator and is excited to be learning jiggrinding operation. Shaun is very mechanically inclined and also taking classes to further is knowledge in manufacturing processes. |
